Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

By sponsoring IUCEL 2025, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Agreement: By agreeing to sponsor IUCEL 2025, the Sponsor commits to providing the agreed-upon sponsorship (monetary or in-kind) as outlined in the sponsorship package or agreement.

2. Use of Sponsor’s Logo and Name: The Organizer is permitted to use the Sponsor’s logo, name, and brand materials for promotional purposes related to IUCEL 2025, with prior approval from the Sponsor.

3. Sponsor Benefits: The Sponsor will receive the benefits as stated in the selected sponsorship package, which may include promotional visibility, logo placement, exhibition space, or public acknowledgments.

4. Payment Terms: All sponsorship payments must be made in full before 15 October 2025. Failure to make payment by this date may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.

5. Cancellation: Either party may cancel the agreement in writing. If cancellation is initiated by the Sponsor after benefits have been provided or commitments made, no refund will be issued.

6. Liability: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Sponsor in connection with IUCEL 2025.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Malaysia.
