The International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) serves as a global platform to promote and explore best practices in e-learning across educational institutions. The theme “Navigating AI Challenges for Inclusive and Effective Education” emphasizes opportunities and challenges in integrating AI into education. IUCEL 2025 fosters knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices among educators, researchers, and industry experts to ensure AI's effective, inclusive, and impactful implementation in education.

IUCEL 2025 invites nominations to recognize individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions in promoting and advancing e-learning at both national and international levels. With six award categories, this recognition celebrates innovation, impact, and excellence in digital education: Higher Education e-Learning MAESTRO Award, Best Trend-Setter Award, Outstanding Open Educational Resources (OER) Award, Best Micro-Credentials Award, Outstanding Community Award, Best TVET Innovator Award.
