The IIDEL Competition at IUCEL 2025 is an exciting platform for showcasing innovative solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to improve accessibility, inclusivity, and effectiveness in education. - Promote innovative and inclusive e-learning solutions using AI.
- Encourage collaboration among global educators and researchers.
- Recognize impactful digital learning inventions in higher education.
- Open to individuals or teams from public or private higher education institutions.
- Each team must submit:
- Extended Abstract (2–4 pages using the provided template)
- A1 Poster (portrait orientation)
- All submissions must be original and related to AI-enhanced e-learning.
- Projects must align with the IUCEL 2025 theme.
- Each project can only be submitted once and must not have been previously awarded at IUCEL.
- All materials must be submitted by the deadline via the official platform.
Poster Guidelines
- Participants must provide a digital poster of their own product.
- Participants are also required to print and bring their posters during the event, at their own expense.
- Custom fonts, text, and background colours are allowed.
- Minimum font size: 20pt.
- Illustrations such as graphs, diagrams, pictures, and QR codes are encouraged for effective presentation.

The STEAM@School Competition at IUCEL 2025 invites young minds from primary and secondary schools to explore, innovate, and create projects that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) in meaningful ways.
Students are encouraged to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to solve educational or societal challenges, promoting inclusive and effective learning. Projects may involve prototypes, digital solutions, or AI-powered ideas.
- Inspire students to engage in STEAM through hands-on projects.
- Promote AI awareness and responsible use in education.
- Foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in schools.
- Open to group participants (maximum 5 members including teacher) from primary and secondary schools.
- Each team must submit an A1 Poster (portrait orientation).
- Projects must showcase STEAM elements and relate to educational or societal improvements.
- Submissions should incorporate or reflect the use of AI, creativity, and innovation.
- All entries must be original and not previously awarded.
- All required documents must be submitted through the official platform by the deadline.
- Participants are allowed to submit more than one entry. However, there will be a fee charged for each entry.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any application for participation that has been sent if there is falsification of information.
